WILL I BE IN A ROOM WITH PEOPLE I DON’T KNOW?
Not unless you brought them with you!
Unlike other escape rooms, all Lock & Clue escape games are private experiences. That's right, no need to ask if your group will be joined by another. No apprehension about working with strangers. No need to worry whether someone from outside your group will sabotage your ability to escape –We can't do anything about the people you bring with you though!
To reserve a room, you must book at least two people but then the room belongs to you! You can always add people at the door up to the maximum for the room. The more people you have in your group the cheaper it is for each person!
ARE ALL ROOMS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
All rooms, aside from The Cellar, are suitable for children over the age of five. However, keep in mind that every experience except for the Zany Zoo is designed for adults.
Younger children might find the clues in the adult rooms to be too difficult. We recommended those experiences for ages 14 and up. No children under 5 are permitted into any of our rooms.
We do offer the "Zany Zoo" Escape Experience especially made for younger escape enthusiasts in training aged 7-11.
Regardless of age, all participants must have a ticket. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED INSIDE OF A ROOM?
All entrance doors are left unlocked in case of an emergency. You able to leave at any time.
We also have an operator assigned to each room who is watching at all times and can assist you immediately if needed.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
You have up until 24 hours before your booking to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund on your credit card.
In order to cancel your booking please call us and speak to a representative or leave a message at 401-484- 0048. Within 6 hours of your booking but at least three hours before, you may reschedule your reservation but you will not be eligible for a refund.
Within three hours of your scheduled start, bookings ca not be rescheduled and are non-refundable,
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?
This is a live-event game experience. Your group should to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
If your group is late, you will be docked time off of the 60 minutes or possibly forfeit your experience completely. Please allow extra time for parking and walking to our location.
I AM NEW TO ESCAPE ROOMS, WHICH ROOM EXPERIENCE IS BEST FOR ME?
If this is your first time or one of your first times doing an escape room, we recommend your starting with "The Inheritance" experience. This is our easiest experience but is still considered an intermediate challenge. Trust us, we want you to have a blast AND to be challenged. No matter how smart, talented or exceptionally good at puzzles you are, there is only a 50% chance that you will complete this room before the hour is up!
HOW MUCH IS YOUR EXPERIENCE?
The cost per person is based on the number of people you have participating in the adventure. The more you bring, the less each person has to pay for their private escape adventure!

There are no hidden or extra fees, your group only pays the price of admission. Active military/veterans get $5 off.

WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD MORE PEOPLE TO MY ROOM?
Not a problem! This might also lower the cost for each person!
In your booking confirmation email, there is an "Invite Your Friends" link you can send out to anyone whom you wish to add – Or you can give us a call and we can add your additional participants manually. You can even at people at the door!
However, the number of persons added and the total number of participants cannot exceed the rooms maximum occupancy (Max is 10 for The Vault and The Cellar, 6 for Sorcerer's Curse, and 8 for The Inheritance and Agent Z.E.N.)
